A: It goes directly to one of our automobile loan specialists so that we can get started on getting you pre-approved right away.

Q: How long will it take for a loan specialist to contact me?
A: It is our goal to contact you with in 24-48 hours or less. But sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control, it can take several days longer.

Q: How long will it take before I know whether or not I am pre-approved?
A: Because each client has different needs, it's hard to say exactly how long it will take. Our objective is to make the process of getting you pre-approved as simple and timely as possible.

Q: Will I be able to choose my own car?
A: Yes, We have hundreds of new and pre-enjoyed automobiles to select from.

Q: Can I buy a car from another dealer or do you finance private party purchases?
A: No.  We are not a lender.  We are a dealer that specializes in getting people financed.  Once you are approved, you would need to select from our inventory of nearly 2,000 new and used automobiles.
